I just found this website and would enjoy helping with the next reunion
Cecelia (Cece) Foxley - 08-23-2007
Hi everyone!  Erin sent me the information about the 40th reunion.  While I will not be able to attend the banquet at Little America on Friday night, I do hope to drop by the high school on Saturday.  It would be fun to see those of you who took my Junior Honors English classes or worked with me on the Odyssey yearbook.  For some of you who have wondered what happens to old English teachers.......well, this one became a professor of counseling psychology and administrator at the University of Minnesota, the University of Iowa, and Utah State University before becoming Utah's Commissioner of Higher Education for over 10 years.  In December I will retire from my Regents Professorship at the University of Utah.  It will be nice to have more time to spend with family (1 daughter, 1 stepdaughter, 2 stepsons and 6 grandchildren---the most fun of all!).
Kathy Booth Richins - 08-17-2007
I am excited to see old friends.  This will be great.
Vicki Nelson Bownds - 08-14-2007
It's too bad we waited 40 years before doing this.
Keith Kennington - 08-11-2007
It is a pleasure to read the current information about the classmates of 1967. I have never been available to attend the previous reunions so this one will be a special occasion for me. I look forward to seeing you all.

Hello Everyone!
I'm living in Boston and can't make it back for the reunion since Tufts University, where I'm a Professor of Mathematics, starts right after Labor Day and the students will already be arriving.  I'm still playing tennis, in fact was inducted into the New England Tennis Hall of Fame in June at a wonderful ceremony held at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, RI.  I absolutely love to play on grass courts, so have been a member of the Longwood Cricket Club for over ten years. I'm married to a radiologist, Peter Hahn, who gets me out on the golf course whenever he can.  We have a son, Robert, who is attending graduate school in Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Washington in Seattle. His interest is mountain meteorology, stimulated by many skiing and hiking trips to Utah.  Thus, about the only time we make it to Utah is the week before Christmas for a yearly ski vacation.  On my last visit I did see Gay Workman Jackson who filled me in about many Olympus friends.  Have a great reunion!  I'm sorry I can't join you.

Hello to all who remember me.  I've lived in Hawaii since 2/68; in Honolulu until 1982, and since then mostly in Kona.  I've worked in human services for 20 years, and am currently the clinical supervisor for Enhanced Healthy Start for the west side of the Big Island.  I'm still very much in touch with Claudia McDonald Miller and, this past Christmas, spent a week with her in Colorado.
I saw some of you 30 years ago (yikes) at our 10 year reunion.  Though I won't be with you for the 40th, I will be thinking of you.  Thanks for your call, Erin, and for your note, Lynn.  Regards, Rebecca

Wow!  The Olympus Class of 67 website is remarkable.  I'm so sorry to say that I will miss our 40th Reunion.  It sounds great.  I do have a good excuse.  I'm out of the country for 5 months.  I'm living in Australia.  Poor me.  Oh well, I'm determined to make our 50th (and even our 45th, if you're up to it).

A big Thank You to the committee for planning this great event.

Judy Graham Sitthichai - 07-14-2007
I was so excited to receive the beautiful handmade reunion invitation in the mail.  Since then, I have spent several enjoyable hours on the OHS website.  My husband and I are looking forward to attending the 40th reunion!  We live in Richfield, Utah, so it won't be far to travel.

Nice site and fun to view and know what some have been up to.  I work with abused children in St. George and love life greatly. It is unlikely I can make the reunion due to other commitments, but which all well.
Kathy English - 05-22-2007
This web page and reunion are the best.  Good work!  My husband Pat and I will be in Oregon running the Hood to Coast relay with friends on the 24-25th or we would be at the Little America for sure.  I wish all of you the very best and wish that I could say hello in person.  The best part of my life right now are 6 grandchildren that I get to watch grow up.

Even though I won't be there I would love to help.
Dale Marrinan - 05-03-2007
Hello,  I am living in Albany, Georgia working as a psychometrist for a local psychiatrist.  I left Salt Lake in 1986 and have lived here for the past 15 years.  I train horses, as a passion.  I have 10 or my own and I enjoy them to no end.  I am happy to see so many of us left and I have enjoyed reading your comments.  My address is 117 Mossydale Lane Albany, Georgia 31721.  I would love to hear from you.  I keep planning to move back to the west, but I keep putting it off.  Best wishes to all of us.
Ronald J Fryer - 05-01-2007
Wow how time flies and it is interesting to see where the fickle-finger-of-fate has placed us after 40 years.  I never thought I would ever leave the Salt Lake valley, but here I am in Kennewick, Washington since 1980 working as a Project Manager for Lockheed Martin.  We occasionally visit relatives in Utah and my family is used to the routine of the old man breaking into the Olympus High school song every time we pass the school.  Funny thing is, I still remember the school songs from Olympus Junior high and Holiday Elementary which I attended also, weird huh?  Hope we can make it down for the reunion and get re-acquainted.
Rise Bentson Argyle - 04-15-2007
Knew about Karl Rove, Brian Moench wrote an editorial about him in the Tribune some time ago, and he difinitley was not a fan!  Looking forward to the reunion.  Retired nine years ago after teaching at Murray High School for 25 years.  I'm now a nana of seven little ones..six girls and one boy!  Love it.
